Lisa currently manages a harp organization that specializes in harp education and performances. Her post includes course structuring, teaching, arranging performance shows, performing, composing and transcribing music. As an experienced teacher and performer, Lisa is frequently invited as music consultant and as judge to adjudicate music competitions both locally in Hong Kong and on an international basis, including Japan and Australia. Lisa is the resident film music composer for Global Saga Media Entertainment; her composition includes the Theme Song for 2014 film The Merger, an international award winning piece.

As a member of the World Harp Congress, Lisa actively performs both internationally and locally. Lisa has played for numerous events, bringing elegance and class to wedding ceremonies, churches, corporate events, anniversary functions, hotels and she was invited to perform for an event with VIP Dr Ko Wing-man GBS (Secretary for Food and Health of Hong Kong 2012-2017) and Senior Politician Rita Fan Hsu Lai-tai (President of the Hong Kong SAR Legislative Council from 1998-2008 ).
