Sailev is a French artist living in Hong-Kong. After a business career, he diverged from the corporate world to dedicate his time entirely to art. Sailev finds his inspiration in the surrounding nature or directly in human societies, at the occasion of discovery trips in remote jungles or from the news. His main medium is oil painting that he practices since he is eight years old.

Sailev promotes eco-art and socially engaged art through several groups and platforms like the Millennium Alliance for Humanity and the Biosphere MAHB of the Stanford University or the New-York based Eco Art Project. He recently exhibited at the Hong Kong Arts Center and at PMQ.
