Part 1: Visual Arts Competition
1. How to Join
- Fill
in the application form available at
https://www.iyacc.org/iyacc_arts_18th.html
- Forms
are available online or can be downloaded and printed.
- For
individual participants or groups with fewer than 5 entries,
please use the Individual Application Form.
- For
groups with 5 or more entries, please use the Group Application
Form.
- Submission
Process
- For
online applications: Upload the payment record and send
the artwork by mail or courier.
- For
paper applications: Send the completed form, payment
record, and artwork together by mail or courier.

IYACC The 18th
International Open Visual Arts Competition
- Application
Confirmation will be sent via email within 3 working days after
we receive your submission.
- Results
Announcement will be sent to all participants by email on or before
30th September 2025.
2. Awards Structure
- Each
age and theme category includes:
Champion, 1st Runner-Up, 2nd Runner-Up, Gold Award, Silver Award,
Bronze Award, Merit Award, and Certificate of Participation.
- Typically,
there is one Champion, 1st Runner-Up, and 2nd Runner-Up per
category. Duplicate awards may be issued in case of tie scores.
- Multiple
Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Merit Awards may be awarded.
3. Age Categories
- The
competition is open to participants aged 2 to 18 years old.
- Contestants'
age groups are determined by their age as of the registration deadline
(23rd September 2025).
4. Enrolment Deadline
- Submissions
must be on or before 23rd September 2025 or postmarked by 23rd
September 2025.
- Contestants
must ensure sufficient postage. Mail items with insufficient postage will
incur an HKD $50 handling and administrative fee per item.
- For
late submissions, please contact the IYACC via WhatsApp at +852
9261 9309. The Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any
late submissions.
5. Judging Criteria
- Judging
is based on overall assessment of composition, color
usage, technique, and creativity.
- Rankings
are determined by comparing the artworks within the same age group and
theme category.
- Tie
scores will result in shared awards of the same level.
6. Participation and Artwork Return Handling Fees
- HKD
$100 participation fee per artwork is required. This covers
processing, evaluation, result notification, and a certificate (award or
participation).
- For
those requesting artwork return, an additional HKD $50 return handling
fee applies.
- Artworks
over 5mm in thickness will be returned via SF Express (Cash on
Delivery) if artwork return is requested.
- Late
artwork return applications (after the enrolment deadline) will incur an HKD
$100 late fee + HKD $50 artwork return handling fee (total: HKD
$150).
7. Submission Guidelines
- No
limit on number of entries per contestant, each entry shall use one
application form.
- No
restrictions on medium or materials.
- Maximum
artwork size: 35cm (W) × 45cm (H).
- Physical
artwork submission only; proper packaging required.
8. Artwork Return Dispatch (for those who applied)
- Artworks
will be dispatched approximately within one month after the
award ceremony.
- The
Organizer is not responsible for damage or loss during shipping.
9. Judging and Final Decision
- All
decisions made by the judging panel are final and non-negotiable.
Part 2: Exhibition and Award Presentation (Recognition
Program)
1. Eligibility and Invitation
- Only
award recipients (Champion, Runner-Up, Gold, Silver, Bronze, or Merit
winners) will be invited to participate.
- Invited
winners must apply to attend the Exhibition and Award Presentation
according to Part 2, Point 2.
- Only
those who successfully applied to participate and receive official
confirmation with an E-ticket are allowed to attend the Exhibition and
Award Presentation.
- Those
who do not apply or do not receive confirmation and an E-ticket are not
permitted to attend the Exhibition and Award Presentation.
2. Participation and Trophy Fees
- Invited
winners who wish to participate in the exhibition and award presentation
must apply via online or paper form on or before the date
indicated in the results announcement email.
- HKD
$350 per winning artwork includes:
- Award
ceremony participation
- Trophy
with name printed
- Exhibition
setup
- Those
not attending but ordering a trophy only may pay HKD $250.
The trophy will be sent via SF Express (Cash on Delivery) after the
event.
3. Event Date and Venue
- Ceremony
held on 25th or 26th October 2025.
- Each
participant will be assigned one date and a specific timeslot,
notified via email.
- Punctual
attendance is required.
- Venue:
InnoCentre, Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong
- The
Organizer reserves the right to change the date or venue.
4. Safety Disclaimer
- Participants
are responsible for their own and others’ safety.
- The
Organizer assumes no liability for accidents or incidents.
5. Changes and Cancellation Policy
- The
Organizer may adjust the event’s schedule, format, or location due to
unexpected circumstances.
- No
refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by the Organizer.
General Rules and Regulations (Applicable to Part 1 and
Part 2) Notes for Individual and Group Applications
1. Individual and Group Applications
- For
individual applicants, the following items will be mailed to the address
provided in the application form:
- Award
Certificate / Certificate of Participation
- Returned
artwork (if applied)
- Trophy
(if applied)
- For
group applications (art school or teacher), all items will be sent in
bulk to the group’s address as indicated on the group application
form.
2. Communication Channels
- The
Organizer recommends using WhatsApp (+852 9261 9309) as the primary
communication method with participants.
- Email
(arts@iyacc.org) is also accepted as an alternative contact method.
- Participants
may be contacted via WhatsApp or email for supplementary information or
clarifications regarding their entry or participation.
- Please
ensure that the phone number and email address provided in the application
are valid and active to facilitate timely communication.
- The
Organizer will not be responsible for any delays or issues resulting from
invalid or unreachable contact details.
3. Promotional Use
- By
joining the competition, all contestants, their parents or guardians, art
schools, instructors, and any related parties agree that the Organizer has
the right to use:
- submitted
artworks,
- participant
names and awards,
- event
photos and videos, which may include the appearance of the participant,
parent/guardian, teacher, or other related individuals.
- Such
content may be used for promotional, media, archival, or marketing
purposes in any form (e.g., print, digital, video, website, social media)
without additional consent, approval, or notification, and without
compensation.
4. Right to Amend
- The
Organizer reserves the right to modify these Rules and Regulations,
schedules, event formats, or venues at any time without prior notice. All
disputes or unforeseen circumstances will be handled and resolved solely
at the discretion of the Organizer.
5. Refund Policy
- No
refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including
participant withdrawal, absence, or disqualification.

第一部分:繪畫比賽
1. 參加方法

- 報名確認:本會會於收到報名資料後 3個工作天內 以電郵方式通知確認。
- 比賽結果公布:將於 2025年9月30日或之前 以電郵方式通知所有參賽者。
2. 奬項設置
- 每個年齡組別及主題組別均設有以下奬項:
冠軍、亞軍、季軍、金獎、銀獎、銅獎、優異獎、參與證書
- 一般情況下,每組設 冠、亞、季軍各一名,如同分將頒發同一獎項。
- 金獎、銀獎、銅獎及優異獎人數不限。
3. 年齡組別
- 本比賽開放給 年齡介乎2至18歲 的參賽者參加。
- 各年齡組別將根據參賽者於 截止報名日期(2025年9月23日)當日之年齡計算。
3. 報名截止日期
- 所有報名及寄件必須於 2025年9月23日或之前寄出,郵戳為準。
- 參賽者須確保郵資足夠,如郵資不足,每件郵件將收取 港幣$50
手續及行政費。
- 如有逾期遞交,請透過
WhatsApp 聯絡主辦單位(電話:+852
9261 9309),主辦單位有權決定是否接納逾期作品。
5. 評審準則
- 評審將根據作品的 構圖、用色、技巧及創意 作整體評分。
- 比賽名次會根據參賽者所屬之 年齡及主題組別 作出評定。

如分數相同,將頒發相同獎項。
6. 參賽費用及作品發還
- 每份作品參賽費為 港幣$100,包括作品處理、評審、成績通知及嘉許證書/參與證書。
- 如欲申請作品發還,須另繳交 港幣$50作品發還手續費,包括倉儲、包裝及行政費用。

作品厚度超過5mm者,如有申請作品發還,將以順豐到付方式寄回。
·
若於截止日期後申請作品發還,須繳交 港幣$100逾期手續費 及 港幣$50作品發還手續費(合共港幣$150)。
7. 作品提交規定
- 每位參賽者可提交不限數量作品。
- 作品顏料及材料不限。
- 作品尺寸上限為
35cm (闊)
× 45cm (高)。
- 僅接受實體作品,並請妥善包裝。
8. 作品寄回安排(只適用於已申請發還作品者)
- 所有申請發還的作品,將於 頒獎禮後約一個月內 寄出。
- 主辦單位不對寄件途中之損壞或遺失承擔任何責任。
9. 評審結果
第二部分:作品展覽及頒獎典禮(嘉許活動)
1. 參與資格及邀請
- 僅限獲頒發獎項者(冠軍、亞軍、季軍、金獎、銀獎、銅獎或優異獎)將獲邀參加。
- 獲邀者須依照第二部分第2點內容申請出席展覽及頒獎禮。
- 只有成功提交申請並獲官方確認及獲得電子入場證之參與者,方可出席展覽及頒獎禮。
- 未有申請或未收到確認及電子入場證者,不可參與是次活動。
2. 活動參加及獎盃訂購
- 受邀之得獎者如欲參加展覽及頒獎典禮,須於比賽結果公布電郵中指定的日期或之前,透過 網上或紙本表格報名。
- 每份得獎作品之參與費用為港幣$350,包括:
- 若不出席典禮但希望訂購獎盃,可繳付 港幣$250,獎盃將於活動後以 順豐到付 方式寄出。
3. 活動日期及地點
- 展覽及頒獎典禮將於 2025年10月25日或26日 舉行。
- 每位參與者將獲安排其中一天及一個指定時段參與,將透過電郵通知。
- 所有參加者須 準時出席 指定場次。
- 地點:香港九龍塘
InnoCentre 創新中心
- 主辦單位有權按情況更改日期或地點(見下文第5項)。
4. 安全責任聲明
- 所有參加者及同行人士須為自身及他人安全負責。
- 主辦單位不承擔任何活動期間之意外或損失責任。
5. 更改與取消政策
- 如遇不可抗力因素(如惡劣天氣、公共安全限制等),主辦單位有權更改活動日期、地點或形式。
- 除主辦單位取消活動外,所有已繳費用概不退還。
一般規則(適用於第一及第二部分)
1. 個人及團體報名安排
- 個人報名:所有證書、作品(如有申請)及獎座(如有申請)將根據報名表所提供之地址 個別寄出。
- 團體報名(如畫室、藝術老師):所有證書、作品(如有申請)及獎座(如有申請)將統一寄送至報名表所提供之團體地址。
2. 聯絡方式
- 主辦單位以 WhatsApp (+852 9261 9309) 作為主要聯絡方式。
- 接受電郵聯絡:arts@iyacc.org。
- 參賽者可能會收到主辦單位以WhatsApp
要求補充資料或澄清報名內容。
- 請確保報名表內填寫之電話號碼及電郵地址有效及可使用,以確保聯絡順利。
- 主辦單位對因聯絡資料錯誤或無法聯絡所造成之延誤或問題,恕不負責。
3. 宣傳用途授權
- 參與本比賽即表示參賽者、其家長或監護人、藝術學校、授課老師或任何相關人士同意主辦單位可使用:
- 參賽作品、
- 得獎者姓名及所獲獎項、
- 活動照片及影片(可能包含參賽者、家長、老師或其他人士之肖像)。
- 上述內容將可用於主辦單位之宣傳、媒體報導、資料存檔或市場推廣用途(包括但不限於:印刷品、數碼媒體、網站、社交平台),而無需額外通知、同意或提供報酬。
4. 修訂權利
- 主辦單位保留隨時修改此比賽比賽規則及章程、日程安排、活動形式及地點之權利,恕不另行通知。所有爭議將由主辦單位全權決定。
5. 退款政策
- 所有報名及相關費用一經繳交,概不退還,包括因個人原因取消、缺席或被取消資格等情況。
