Contestants may submit multiple entries, but each entry requires a separate application form. This form is designated for ONE entry only. Please note that each artwork must correspond to ONE theme and ONE entry exclusively. If submitting multiple artworks, ensure the contestant’s full name, contact number and theme are clearly written on the back of each artwork.

Artworks over 5mm in thickness will be returned via SF Express (Cash on Delivery) if artwork return is requested.
作品厚度超過5mm者，如有申請作品發還，將以順豐到付方式寄回。

Late Artwork Return Request: Return request submitted after the registration deadline will incur a $100 HKD late fee plus the $50 HKD handling fee (Total: $150 HKD).

逾期申請退還作品：於報名截止日期後提出之退還申請，須收取 HK $$100 逾期手續費及 HK$$ 50 行政處理費（總計：HK$150）。
