IYACC 第二十一屆國際音樂大賽 — 比賽規則及章程
【現場比賽 — 規則及詳情】
- 比賽地點： 觀塘 Sky Music Studio
- 入場限制： 由於場地限制，每位參賽者只可由 最多一位成人陪同 （家長或監護人）進入比賽場地。參賽者及其家長只能於所屬時段進場，並須於該時段完結時離場。
- 比賽日期： 2026年11月7日至8日 。時間和日期將於 2026年10月29日 通過電郵或 WhatsApp 通知。
- 報到： 請提早 15分鐘 到比賽場地報到。遲到及缺席一律不設補賽。
評審與評分標準
- 獨立評審： 樂器會個別進行比賽及評分。為提供更具針對性及專業之評審，本大賽設有鋼琴、弦樂、銅管樂、木管樂、豎琴、爵士鼓及聲樂等專門組別。（請注意：爵士鼓項目只接受「網上比賽」申請，不設現場實體賽。）
- 評分準則： 技巧 (完整性/音色/節奏)、音樂演繹 (情感表達)、台風及儀表。
- 評審評語： 除分數及證書外，所有參賽者均會獲發 評審評語，由專業評審提供針對性的演奏建議。
- 分數級別： 冠軍 (96-100)、亞軍 (91-95)、季軍 (86-90)、金獎 (81-85)、銀獎 (76-80)、銅獎 (71-75)、優異獎 (40-70)。
伴奏及樂器設備
- 除鋼琴組別外，現場比賽接受伴奏（鋼琴伴奏人員或使用 MP3 音樂檔案）。
- 參賽者如計劃安排伴奏， 必須於截止報名日期 (2026年10月21日) 前透過 WhatsApp 通知本會。如使用 MP3 伴奏 ，請務必於 2026年10月29日 或之前提交。
- 本機構 只提供鋼琴 。其他樂器及工具需自備到場。大會可提供 豎琴 (Harp) 租用服務，需於截止前預約。
【網上比賽 — 規則及詳情】
- 專門組別： 網上比賽涵蓋 鋼琴、弦樂、銅管樂、木管樂、豎琴、爵士鼓 及聲樂 組別。
- 影片要求： 參賽者須依照參賽組別之曲目要求拍攝一鏡到底的影片，不可剪接。影片需清晰顯示參賽者樣貌和樂器。
- 報名截止： 2026年10月21日 。（提示：請謹記 5月5日 之預先準備及樂譜提交截止日期）
- 提交比賽影片截止日期： 2026年11月8日 下午11:59 或之前。大會接受 WhatsApp (9261 9309) 或 YouTube/Google Drive 連結。
- 結果公佈： 2026年11月18日 或之前透過電郵公佈。獎盃將以順豐快遞郵費到付方式寄出。
【獎項設置】
1. 個人獎項
- 各組別均設冠、亞、季軍、金獎、銀獎、銅獎、優異獎及參與證書。冠、亞、季軍、金、銀、銅及優異獎得獎者可獲頒精美獎盃。
2. 導師 / 團體獎項
- 最佳指導老師獎： 各組別 冠軍 得獎者之指導老師，將獲頒「最佳指導老師」紀念證書乙張（透過順豐速遞到付寄出）。
- 資料填寫規定： 參賽者 報名時必須 填寫保送機構或導師名稱以及聯絡電話。如留空者，恕不獲發導師證書。
一般條款： 本機構 (International Youth Arts & Cultural Centre 國際青少年文藝培訓中心, https://www.iyacc.org/) 有權更改比賽章程、規則及賽事安排而無須事先通知。

【Live Competition — Rules & Details】
- Venue: Sky Music Studio, Kwun Tong (觀塘 Sky Music Studio)
- Admission: Maximum one adult (parent or guardian) per contestant.
- Competition Dates: 7–8 November 2026. Schedule notified on 29 October 2026.
- Check-in: Arrive 15 minutes early.
Adjudication & Categories
- The competition is specialized into Piano, Strings, Brass, Woodwind, Harp, Drum Kit, and Vocal categories. (Note: Drum Kit is accepted for Online Competition ONLY.)
- Judging Criteria: Technical Proficiency, Musical Interpretation, Stage Presentation.
Accompaniment & Equipment
- Accompaniment (pianist or MP3) is allowed for non-piano classes. Must notify the organizer by 21 October 2026. MP3 files due by 29 October 2026.
- The organizer provides a piano only. Harp rental is available if booked before the deadline.
【Online Competition — Rules & Details】
- Categories: Online Competition covers Piano, Strings, Brass, Woodwind, Harp, Drum Kit, and Vocal categories.
- Video Requirements: One continuous, unedited take showing face and instrument.
- Registration Deadline: 21 October 2026. (Reminder: Please observe the May 5th deadline for early preparation).
- Submission Deadline: 8 November 2026. Submit via WhatsApp (9261 9309) or YouTube/Drive links.
- Results: Announced on 18 November 2026. Trophies delivered via SF Express (Cash on Delivery).
【Awards Categories】
1. Individual Awards
- Ranks include Champion, 1st/2nd Runner-up, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Merit (all receive a trophy), and Participation Certificate.
2. Teacher Awards
- Best Instructor Award: The teacher of a Champion will receive a certificate (sent via SF Express, receiver pays).
- Registration Requirement: Contestants MUST provide their Instructor/School name and phone number at registration. If left blank, certificates cannot be issued.
General Terms: Organized by International Youth Arts & Cultural Centre 國際青少年文藝培訓中心 (https://www.iyacc.org/). The organizer reserves the right to change rules without prior notice.
