比賽規則及比賽章程
網上比賽
1.
參賽者須依照參賽組別之曲目要求和時限,拍攝影片。影片需清晰顯示參賽者樣貌和樂器。
2.
拍攝所使用工具不限。
3.
參賽者沒有背譜的限制,不受伴奏限制。
4.
拍攝地點不限。
5.
參賽者請確保影片和收音質素。
6.
大會不接受曾編輯/剪接過的影片。
7.
請各參加者於2024年11月4日下午6時或之前提交比賽影片。
比賽結果將於2024年11月22日或之前公佈。
8.
截止日期2024年11月4日,以郵戳日期為準。
請確保信件郵資充足,如有郵資不足情況,本會將收取每郵件$50手續及行政費。
9.
樂器會個別進行比賽,例如:
【長笛
英國皇家音樂學院考試曲目組1級】
為一組;
【雙簧管
英國皇家音樂學院考試曲目組1級】
為一組。
10.
每組設有冠軍、
亞軍、季軍、金獎、銀獎、銅獎、優異獎及參與證書。
11.
參加費用並不包括獎盃郵寄費用,
獎盃將會以順豐快遞郵費到付方式寄出。獎盃只設郵寄不設自取。
12.
比賽結果以本機構評判之決定為最終依歸,任何人不得異議否則將被取消資格。主辦機構擁有本比賽所有安排的最終決定權。
13.
所有收取的個人資料將予保密。本機構保留權利可將比賽或得獎者資料、相片或作品用於與本比賽有關的推廣活動,包括但不限於刊物、新聞發佈及網站上。
14.
請詳閱比賽規則及比賽章程;一經報名,參賽者或家長即表示同意並遵守比賽章程及大會之安排。任何情況下,報名費繳交後將不獲退還。
現場比賽
1.
由於場地限制,每位參賽者只可由最多一位成人陪同(家長或監護人)進入比賽場地。比賽分時段進行,參賽者及其家長只能於所屬時段進場,並須於該時段完結時離場。
2.
由於比賽者人數所限,比賽申請會以先到先得形式處理。未能成功報名本會不會收取任何費用。
3.
截止日期2024年11月4日,以郵戳日期為準。
請確保信件郵資充足,如有郵資不足情況,本會將收取每郵件$50手續及行政費。
4.
比賽日期為2024年11月16日及17日上午9:30至下午6:30。參加者將被分發到其中一個時段進行。請參加者報名前確認以上日期及時間可抽空參與比賽。比賽時間和日期會在2024年11月8日,參加者將收到電郵/WhatsApp通知比賽日期及時間。請提早15分鐘到比賽場地報到,遲到及缺席一律不設補賽。
5.
比賽結束後進行頒獎,冠、亞、季軍、金、銀、銅獎及優異獎可獲獎杯乙個。每位參賽者均可獲得嘉許證書。
所有獎項一經領取,如有損壞或遺失,將不獲補發。得奬者可另外申請奬杯作為學校存放用途。
6.
如出現同分,每一組獎項便會多於一個。例如:
參賽者A和參賽者B一起獲得100分的話,參賽者A和B
會一同獲得冠軍。
7.

8.
本機構只提供鋼琴。其他樂器及工具需自備到場。如有損壞或損失,主辦機構概不負責。
9.
在比賽場地內,不得帶食物,不准吵鬧、喧嘩、奔跑、造成滋擾影響比賽進行及不遵守工作人員指示。一經發現,本機構立即取消與其相關的參賽資格。
10.
比賽結果以本機構評判之決定為最終依歸,任何人不得異議。主辦機構擁有本比賽所有安排的最終決定權。
11.
所有參加人士均需小心看管個人財物,注意自身及在場其他人士之安全,如有任何遺失或意外事件,主辦機構概不負責。
12.
本機構有權更改比賽章程、規則及賽事安排包括更改日期、地點,而無須事先通知,如有任何爭議,本機構擁有最終決定權。
13.
所有被主辦機構收取的個人資料將予保密。本機構保留權利可將比賽或得獎者資料、相片或作品用於與本比賽有關的推廣活動,包括但不限於刊物、新聞發佈及網站上。
14.
請詳閱比賽規則及比賽章程;一經報名,參賽者或家長即表示同意並遵守比賽章程及大會之安排。任何情況下,報名費繳交後將不獲退還。
Online Competition
1. Participants must
shoot a video in accordance with the requirements
and time limit of their competition class. The video
must clearly show the participant's face and
instrument.
2. Participants are
not limited in the tools they may use to shoot the
video.
3.
Participants are not restricted by sheet music or
accompaniment.
4. The shooting
location is not limited.
5. Participants
should ensure that the video and audio quality is
good.
6.
The organizers will not accept edited videos.
7. Participants must
submit their competition video by 6:00 p.m. on
4th
November, 2024 at the latest. Results will be announced on
or before 22nd November, 2024.
8. The deadline is
4th November, 2024 and will be determined by the
postmark date. Please ensure that the postage is
sufficient. If the postage is insufficient, the
organization will charge a $50 handling and
administrative fee per letter.
9. Each instrument
will be judged separately, for example: [Flute Grade
1, ABRSM] is one class; [Oboe Grade 1, ABRSM] is
another class.
10. Each class will
have champion, 1st runner-up, 2nd runner-up, gold,
silver, bronze, excellent, and participation
certificate.
11. The entry fee
does not include the postage cost for the trophy.
Trophies will be sent by SF Express courier service
and the postage fee will be paid by the recipient.
Trophies will not be available for pick-up.
12. The competition
results will be final and binding as judged by the
organization. Any objections will result in
disqualification. The organizing committee reserves
the right to make final decisions regarding the
competition.
13. All personal
information collected will be kept confidential. The
organization reserves the right to use competition
or winner information, photos, or works for related
promotional activities, including but not limited to
publications, news releases, and websites.
14. Please read the
competition rules and regulations carefully. By
registering, participants or their parents agree to
comply with the rules and regulations of the
competition and the arrangements of the organizers.
The registration fee will not be refunded under any
circumstances.
Live Competition
1. Due to venue limitations, each participant can
only be accompanied by one adult (parent or
guardian) into the competition venue. The
competition will be held in different time slots,
and participants and their accompanying adult can
only enter during their designated time slot and
must leave at the end of it.
2. As the number of
participants is limited, applications will be
processed on a first-come, first-served basis. No
fees will be charged for unsuccessful applications.
3. The deadline for applications is
4th November, 2024,
based on postmark date. Please ensure sufficient
postage for your letter. In the case of insufficient
postage, an additional administrative fee of $50 per
letter will be charged.
4. The competition will
be held on 16th and 17th November, 2024, from 9:30 am to
6:30 pm. Participants will be assigned to one of the
time slots. Before registering, please make sure you
are available during the above dates and times. The
competition date and time will be notified to
participants via email/WhatsApp on 22nd November, 2024.
Please arrive 15 minutes early at the competition
venue, as no makeup will be given for latecomers or
absences.
5. The award ceremony will be held
after the competition. Champion, 1st runner-up, 2nd
runner-up, as well as gold, silver, bronze awards,
and merit awards, will each receive a trophy. Each
participant will receive a certificate of
achievement. All awards are non-transferable, and no
replacements will be given for any damage or loss.
Winners may apply for an additional trophy for
school display purposes.
6. In the case of same
marks each group award will have more than one
winner. For example, if Participant A and
Participant B both scored 100 points, they will both
be awarded Champion.
7. Each instrument will be
judged separately. For example, [Flute, Grade 1
ABRSM] is one group, and [Oboe, Grade 1 ABRSM] is
another.
8. Only a piano will be provided by the
organization. Other instruments and tools must be
brought by participants. The organizer will not be
responsible for any damage or loss.
9. No food is
allowed inside the competition venue, and disruptive
behavior, including noise, running, or disobeying
staff instructions, is strictly prohibited. Any
violation will result in disqualification.
10.
The final decision of the competition results will
be made by the organizer, and no objections will be
accepted. The organizer reserves the right to make
the final decision regarding all aspects of the
competition.
11. All participants are responsible
for the safekeeping of their personal belongings and
should pay attention to their own and others' safety
during the competition. The organizer will not be
responsible for any loss or accidents.
12. The
organizer reserves the right to change the
competition rules, regulations, and arrangements,
including the date and venue, without prior notice.
In case of any dispute, the organizer's decision
will be final.
13. All personal information
collected by the organizers will be kept
confidential. The organization reserves the right to
use information, photos or works related to the
competition or winners for promotional activities
related to the competition, including but not
limited to publications, press releases, and
websites.
14. Please read the competition rules
and regulations carefully. Once registered,
participants or parents/guardians indicate their
agreement to abide by the competition regulations
and arrangements made by the organizing committee.
Under no circumstances will registration fees be
refunded.
